The year is 1941 and Great Britain is struggling to survive against the might of Germany and the Third Reich. Our best chance to turn the tide of war in our favour is to gain air superiority over Europe. The Battle of Britain is about to begin. 

Dr Evil however, has other plans. Travelling back in time from the 21st century, his intention is to ensure that Germany wins World War 2, plunging Europe into darkness for a thousand years. Upon his arrival he immediately offers to sell Germany the plans for a nuclear bomb for $100,000! 

Of course, Austin Powers is hot on Dr Evil's heels. A man ahead of his time for a change, Austin's charm is as effective as ever - despite the fact that most people are bemused by his dress sense and conversation! Austin soon hooks up with a gorgeous Wren (female RAF officer) played by Gail Porter and sets about saving the world yet again! 

The highlight of the film takes place during the Battle of Britain, when Austin gets into a dogfight with Dr Evil over the white cliffs of Dover!
