Austin Powers 3

Dr Evil creates a "giant missile" to hold the world hostage with.  Austin, once again, has to save the world.  Austin manages to kill Dr Evil early in the movie, but Fat Bastard takes his place.  He invents a giant stove to put babies in so he can eat them.  He plans to destroy all of the babies in the world.  Austin must save the world.
