Austin Powers 3: Her Majesties Secret Cervix

Dr. Evil (who has travelled back to the swinging 60s) has
invented a mind control machine. Dr Evil kidnapps 'MR' Kensington (which
would be afantastic opportunity for a cameo appearance by one of the old
Bond stars) and used the mind control machine in order to steal all the
ministry of defense secrets. (either Mr Kensington is an agent himself, or
he would have been told everything by Mrs Kensington).

Mrs Kensington (role to be reprised by Mimi Rogers) contacts Austin and asks
him to help locate her missing husband.

Austin travels back to the 60's and hears word that Dr. Evil is travelling
the country with a circus - doing shows for all the important English
dignitaries and stealing their minds. Their next stop - THE QUEEN!

(Mr Kensington is brainwashed to believe he is a ringmaster/clown/whatever
really)
Mini-me could have some very comical scenes as a circus performer. After
all, Dr Evil must keep up the guise that the travelling Carnival is above board.

This would allow Austin to come up against his second great fear - CARNIES!
Austin must infiltrate the circus/carnival.
He meets up with an undercover agent (very shagadelic, of course), who has
been placed within the travelling carnival by Basil and the rest of the
story writes itself really.
